Debarking / Log Merchandizing Line  - very late model Cooper Log Merchandizing Line with older Nicholson debarker.     Cooper components consist of 4 strand x 30' long live log deck with stop-n-loader, 25' endwise log trough, 84" diameter swing style slasher saw, cab with controls, 25' endwise log trough with electronic length measurement, 30' endwise log trough infeed to debarker, 25' endwise log trough debarker outfeed, 114' endwise log trough with 4 sorts for logs up to 20' long.     Also includes installed Nicholson 35" A5 debarker with lightbar roll controls, 75 HP Ingersol Rand screw type air compressor, air dryer system, switchgear with VFDs and electrical regenerative devices, two hydraulic pump units, horizontal bark belt approximately 30' long, concave sawdust belt approximately 40' long, and inclined concave bark belt approximately 50' long.    System was designed and built for high speed processing of logs for export.  It was started up September 2019 and running at 6 to 6.5 logs per minute when discontinued in late 2021 with the demise of the export log market to China. Also available separately for additional funds:  like new Emery Winslow above ground truck scales, spare Nicholson 35" A5 debarker (suitable for use except missing a few minor parts), 60' radial stacking belt with diesel engine.
