CORLEY 10" x 60" Thin kerf Combo Gang-Edger - 1995 model single top arbor, guide saw edger with splined arbor and knurled and chromed feed rolls. Features remote operated infeed with shifting fence, cant turn, cross over chains, crowder roll, and pin stops. 30" wide gang on left cuts up to 10-1/2" thick. 30" edger on right cuts up to 6" thick. Access door on left side. Includes guides for 3/4 to 8/4 hardwood thickness (without babbitt), PLC controlled guide lube system, guide milling machine, babbitt mold, new spare splined arbor, numerous blades with 0.120 plate thickness and 0.160 kerf. Also includes 2-200HP electric arbor motors, operators cab, infeed, outfeed and any spare parts. Features 2 front and one rear split, powered press rolls 8" diameter, knurled and hard chromed. Features 6 bed rolls split, powered, knurled and hard chromed. Edger side runs 350 fpm; gang side features dual speeds 80 & 100 fpm. Maximum edged board is 20". Removed from service in good operating condition June of 2008. Item # 38487.
